BIRDS
Many
different birds can be seen from
Trerieve, because we get not only
gulls and other birds associated
with the sea, but also birds of
prey, such as
buzzards and
sparrow hawks, which nest in the
woods on the other side of the
valley at
Keveral.
We are also trying to recreate
habitat for the
cirl bunting, and have managed
to attract several
skylarks, which it is a joy to
listen to on a spring day.
A neighbour, who is an amateur
ornithologist, has prepared a list
of more than 40 birds he has seen on
Trerieve, which can be accessed via
